The Role:
This role owns the performance and strategic direction of the Coffee category across the retail network. You will drive a consistent, high‐quality coffee experience through strong commercial performance, innovation, supplier partnerships and in‐store execution.
You Will Provide:
* End‐to‐end ownership of Coffee category performance including sales, margin and growth
* A consistent Coffee customer value proposition across all store formats
* Leadership of menu, blend, equipment and consumables strategy
* Innovation pipeline and new product development aligned to customer trends
* Supplier strategy, negotiations and performance management
* Cross‐functional leadership across Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance
* Store execution standards, training programs and capability uplift
* Insights‐led improvements in quality, availability, waste and experience

About You:
* Experience in category, commercial or product roles within FMCG, retail, QSR or convenience
* Strong commercial acumen with accountability for sales, margin and cost performance
* Experience delivering customer propositions across multi‐site or national networks
* Strong stakeholder management and cross‐functional collaboration skills
* Practical understanding of store operations and execution at scale
* Experience in coffee, food‐to‐go or beverage categories (highly regarded)
* Exposure to supplier management, negotiations or innovation/NPD (desirable)
* Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce or marketing (preferred)
