Job Coach – Ulladulla
Location and Travel
On‐site position based in Ulladulla. Travel within the Shoalhaven area may be required.
Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Job Coach team in Ulladulla and you will be required, as directed, to travel within the Shoalhaven area when needed. As a Job Coach you'll guide clients towards job‐readiness and enable employment opportunities once they are ready to work. You will work one‐on‐one with clients, supporting a sustainable career.
Key Responsibilities
- Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients;
- Reverse market clients to employers;
- Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
- Ensure our clients, employers and partners receive exceptional service at every stage of the process;
- Collaborate with a vibrant, team‐oriented and goals‐focused team of employment services professionals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or client‐facing role;
- Ideally demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges;
- Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for clients and employers;
- Overall desire to be part of the broader atWork Australia family, with a belief in our purpose – to connect people and business so both can thrive;
- Hold a current driver's licence.
