This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as the Group Employee Experience & Events Manager. In this position you will play a key role in defining and driving a great experience for our people. It is responsible for the development and execution of an innovative employee experience strategy that ensures our employees to feel connected, empowered, well-informed and have great experiences at work.
The role is responsible for the development and execution of a Group-wide events strategy and calendar leveraging the latest thinking and concepts for in-person and virtual initiatives that help build relationships and foster a culture of connection and inclusion.
It is also responsible for developing communication plans for engagement activities and campaigns including executive communications. It is also responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of engagement campaigns (DE&I and Wellness).
The role will lead the transformation of where, when, and how we work by evolving our 'Life at nib' (employee experience program) to focus on defining our employee journey and collaborating with other parts of the business to improve our employee lifecycle activities, with a focus on building human-centered solutions for the moments that matter (e.g., onboarding, retention, leadership).
This role will also oversee the development and execution of an employee listening strategy, that leverages a range of feedback tools to measure our employee experience and provide 'voice of employee' insights to leadership teams and key partners in People and Culture to drive action planning and inform employee lifecycle activities.

You have proven experience managing large events (in-person and virtual), you possess strong communication and project management skills.
Furthermore we're looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure- Demonstrated ability in problem solving, priority setting and working to deadlines- Demonstrated ability to lead and work as part of a team and provide exceptional level of customer service to the business- Experience working closely with business leaders and people-functions to engage a diverse workforce- Strong understanding of the importance of providing high quality employee insights and HR metrics and how they can be used to inform decision making (preferred)- Experience in organisational transformation (Future of Work) is highly regarded- Experience in driving improvements in HR processes and/or practices (preferred)
