Production Processing Operator – Day Shift – Ingleburn, NSW
Full‐time position based at our site in Bradford Ingleburn, NSW. Reporting to the Line Manager, you will operate a range of fixed and mobile plant in a fast‐paced environment to manufacture high‐quality insulation.
Shift
* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday – 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities
* Champion a safety‐first culture with a zero‐harm environment and Never Walk Past.
* Operate machinery and ensure materials are produced to commercial standards, performing quality checks as required.
* Identify and report equipment and product faults.
* Unload and stage (put away) various products.
* Identify risks and hazards, contributing to initiatives that improve quality.
* Housekeeping and other duties as required.
Qualifications
* Great work ethic and strong commitment to safe work practices.
* Ability to interact well with others and join the team.
* Multitasking ability in a fast‐paced, ever‐changing environment.
* High attention to detail, mechanical mind, troubleshooting ability.
* Computer literacy.
* Willingness to work a rotating roster.
* Proven success in a similar role, preferably in high volume, multiple‐stage continuous manufacturing/factory environment.
* Strong understanding of production operations.
* Successful candidates will be required to undertake a pre‐employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and a background check.
