Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive building and infrastructure asset inventories.
You will oversee specialist facilities maintenance and asset management software systems, ensuring reactive and cyclical works are completed to legislative standards and scope.
Additionally, you will develop, implement, and review facility management policies and procedures, including contractor inductions and refurbishment planning across our sites.
