Your role and responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a critical role in enabling Red Hat's growth across ANZ region. This position is designed for a subject-matter expert who combines exceptional recruiting execution with strong influence and operational ownership. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, with the majority of time spent delivering end-to-end recruiting for high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) roles across Sales, Services, and Marketing. You will leverage innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, and closing while partnering with the business as a trusted advisor. Primary responsibilities include: * Own and deliver full-cycle recruiting for experienced professional roles for the Go-to-Market function. * Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into effective and scalable recruiting strategies. * Use a multitude of sourcing strategies, from proactive outreach and marketing campaigns to referrals and collaboration with external vendors. * Create an optimal candidate experience by identifying key decision levers and developing a "sell strategy" for top-tier talent. * Apply market intelligence, competitive insights, and compensation awareness to guide hiring decisions and influence stakeholders * Collaborate across geographies to share best practices and brainstorm innovative attraction methodologies. * Execute specialized sourcing and selection strategies for candidates requiring various levels of security clearances. Required technical and professional expertise * Experience working with the full recruiting lifecycle, from attraction to closing. * Experience recruiting for GTM teams within the technology industry. * Proven experience identifying and engaging talent with active Australian security clearances Exposure to developing recruiting strategies that utilize data analytics and innovative sourcing approaches. * Experience working with stakeholders to provide expert guidance and consultation on hiring outcomes. * Exposure to utilizing data analytics to inform recruiting decisions and drive business outcomes. * A good understanding of the technology competitive landscape, including key players and market trends in Sales and Services. * Exposure to utilizing data analytics software, social media, and employee referrals to attract top-tier talent. Preferred technical and professional experience * Workday Proficiency: Hands-on experience or knowledge of Workday as a Talent Management System to streamline recruiting and enhance hiring outcomes. * Candidates who hold an Australian Government Security Clearance are highly regarded.
