About the Organisation:A respected provider of residential alcohol and other drug (AOD) rehabilitation services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a dynamic team in Bairnsdale. Working within a therapeutic community model, this role supports individuals on their journey to recovery through holistic, evidence-based healthcare in a residential setting.About the Role:The AOD Residential Nurse will provide clinical nursing care, withdrawal management, and health education for residents undergoing treatment for problematic substance use. Working alongside clinicians, medical professionals, and support staff, you will ensure clients are cared for in a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment.This role combines hands-on healthcare with leadership, supervision of Enrolled Nurses, and active involvement in group work and therapeutic programs.
