Expressions of Interest are being sought for permanent Administrative Officer, in the Medical Services Department at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai. Current employees of Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Health Service are eligible to apply.

Employment Type: Permanent Part Time
Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 6
Remuneration: $42.14 - $43.14 per hour
Hours Per Week: 16

What you'll be doing
The Administration Officer will provide and lead high level administrative services to the department and the manager which supports service delivery goals.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

* Previous experience in providing executive and office management support for a senior executive, demonstrated ability to use various software packaging including Word Suite, Acrobat Writer and Outlook equivalent, typing and minutes taking skills.
* High level of communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
* Experience/knowledge of appointment processes for senior medical staff and credentialing.
