About the Role
We're on the lookout for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our NSW-based processing team in The Channon. If you enjoy motivating people, improving processes, and working with a product that's 100% Australian-grown and globally in demand, this could be your next move.
You'll be responsible for managing daily production operations, coaching your team, and ensuring our facility runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest food-grade standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Run day-to-day production activities to meet targets
* Lead, train, and support the production crew
* Troubleshoot delays and optimise workflows
* Maintain compliance with WHS, food safety and QA processes
* Monitor inventory and record production data accurately
* Work closely with farm, quality, and logistics teams
What You'll Bring
* Prior experience in production or manufacturing (agriculture/food preferred)
* A natural team leader who enjoys solving problems and mentoring others
* Strong understanding of WHS, compliance, and quality systems
* Hands-on, adaptable, and tech-savvy with record-keeping systems
