Position Overview
We're seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a permanent full-time position at 38 hours per week.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business, or a related field
* Minimum of 12 months of retail or management experience
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proven team leadership and staff management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environmentExcellent time management and organizational skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
* Manage product selection, stock levels, and customer service standards to ensure efficient store operations.
* Develop and implement purchasing and marketing strategies, including pricing decisions.
* Promote and advertise the store's products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.
* Assist customers with product selection, provide advice on product use, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and financial transactions.
* Prepare and manage store budgets and monitor expenses.
* Recruit, train, supervise, and support store staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and store policies.

* Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a retail team efficiently
* Strong customer service skills, including resolving inquiries and handling complaints professionally
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with staff, customers, and suppliers
* Knowledge of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive store performance
