Role Overview The Manager Civil (Roads & Drainage) is a senior leader responsible for directing the delivery, upkeep and future planning of the region's roads and civil infrastructure, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and within budget. The role oversees teams, budgets, long-term asset strategies and major projects, while strengthening safety, performance and collaboration across the organisation and with external stakeholders. It also provides expert guidance to executive leadership, supports disaster response activities and drives continuous improvement to ensure infrastructure services meet the community's current and future needs.
