As part of the management team, you'll play a key role in delivering operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across a national network of manufacturing sites.
About the Role
Reporting to the ANZ Operations Director, you'll lead the national engineering function – setting the standard for reliability, efficiency, and innovation across all sites.
Responsibilities
* Drive capital deployment, process improvement, and system development aligned with business objectives.
* Optimise asset utilisation and resource efficiency to maximise performance and output.
* Champion reliability excellence – ensuring assets, systems, and processes operate safely and effectively.
* Lead the continuous improvement of maintenance and reliability procedures across all sites.
* Ensure asset registers are fully integrated within MEX and reliability data is accurate and actionable.
* Oversee all facets of capital projects, from design and budgeting through to commissioning and performance monitoring.
* Manage contract negotiation, compliance, and budget control for capital and reliability projects.
* Embed compliance and risk management into all asset-related decision-making.
Qualifications
* Tertiary or trade qualifications in Engineering or Maintenance.
Required Skills
* Significant experience in an Engineering or Maintenance Management role, ideally with multi-site responsibility.
* A track record of leading teams through positive cultural and operational change.
* Proven success in building and implementing preventative maintenance frameworks and reliability systems.
* Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business.
* Experience within complex, fast-paced manufacturing environments.
