About the role
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):
Working with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements
Maintaining accurate data on our ATS (Workday)
About you:
High volume recruitment experience
Knowledge or experience of the community sector preferred
Demonstrated experience working in a very fast paced setting
Exceptional communication, customer service and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task being able to juggle lots of balls in the air while maintaining composure
Strong alignment with our purpose, vision and values
