Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with new admissions to the residential facility
* Liaise with the Residential Manager when vacancies occur to determine the type of resident required
* Maintain relevant documentation, such as resident lists, at the direction of the Residential Manager
* Liaise with residents and their families to support the transition into care from an administrative perspective
* Prepare records for new residents
* Coordinate and assist the manager with rostering as needed
* Maintain various computer databases
* Perform reception duties, including face-to-face and phone interactions
* Process invoices in preparation for payment and maintain petty cash
* Maintain staff personal records, including registrations and certificates
* Assist with minute taking for committee meetings as required
Requirements:
* Experience working in an administrative role within aged care or healthcare setting is desired
* Administrative and reception experience is essential
* Understanding of staff rosters is necessary
* Excellent written, oral, and numerical skills are required
* Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks are essential
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people, are required
* High-level information technology skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, are necessary

Organization Overview:
