Andvic Projects is looking for a highly skilled Carpenter with strong attention to detail to take charge of daily carpentry works on a high‑end residential build in North Sydney. Applicants must have demonstrated experience delivering luxury‑level finishes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver precise, high‑quality carpentry work across all stages of construction.
* Work collaboratively with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve efficient, cost‑effective project outcomes.
* Support team communication, coordination, and task management to maintain smooth site operations.
* Produce high‑end finishes for custom architectural designs, meeting all specifications and client expectations.
* Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Identify and resolve on‑site challenges proactively to maintain progress and uphold standards.
* Adhere strictly to safety protocols, building codes, and industry regulations.
* Maintain accurate digital documentation, including daily site diary entries, to support project tracking and management.
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven carpentry experience with a strong portfolio of high‑quality finishes.
* Solid technical knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methodologies.
* Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical documentation.
* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
* Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
* Effective time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in developing leadership skills.
* Certificate IV in Carpentry
