Our inbound phone-based contact centre operates 365 days a year. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

About the role

In this role, you'll drive sales by understanding our members' needs and providing quick, effective solutions from our great range of products and services. Be a champion of personalised conversations, delivering exceptional service that brings our brand promise to life.

What we're looking for

* Have a strong customer‐centric mindset, demonstrating exceptional service and sales skills.

* Have intermediate PC skills and knowledge of relevant software (highly desirable).
* Previous retail or telephony sales experience is highly regarded for this role.

Hours and Learning

To be considered for this role you need to have the following availability:

Start date: Monday the 18th of May 2026 – Fixed part‐time roster, Monday to Friday 9:30 – 2:30 pm

Learning Program: Availability between 9:00 am–5:30 pm Monday‐Friday. We will set you up for success with a comprehensive 3‐month learning program before moving into your part‐time roster.

Dedicated Support Model during Learning: Throughout your learning journey, you'll gain valuable skills in systems, customer service, sales, and product knowledge. With a dedicated support team by your side, you'll have everything you need to master our products and services with confidence.
