Your opportunity
As a casual Client Service Specialist, your role is essential and will contribute to the positive customer experience of our clients whilst working side by side with our close-knit team. Here's how you'll do it:
* Engaging with customers through phone, email, and in-person assistance.
* Cover reception and undertake general administration duties includes booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports
* Liaise closely with our clients comprising of children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients with multicultural & First Nations backgrounds.
* Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting.
* Assist our Clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids
