Social Services Coordinator Role
We are seeking a Social Services Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role can be based from any of our locations, with some travel requirements between offices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure social services enhance independence and support older people to remain living in their community of choice.
A focus on each individual's choice, strengths, capacity, and goals will influence the program offering. The ideal candidate will have experience working in social services and be able to develop and implement programs that cater to the needs of older adults.
