MPL Group is proud to partner with a leading builder-developer delivering landmark Design & Build projects across Sydney.
We’re now seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex mixed-use commercial and residential projects valued between $60M–$100M+.
About the Role:
As a Senior PM, you will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, leading multidisciplinary teams from design to delivery:
* Full project ownership – scope, program, and budget control
* Lead design coordination and stakeholder engagement
* Drive contract management, risk strategy & financial performance
* Oversee site delivery with CA, Site and Safety teams
* Manage client, consultant and subcontractor relationships to ensure successful outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering or Project Management
* Demonstrated experience delivering high-density residential, commercial, or hotel/retail projects $50M+
* Deep understanding of NSW construction regulations and program delivery
* Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in managing head contract obligations, reporting and key deliverables
