We are currently looking for an experienced Furniture Repair Technician to join our team. This role is on the road, working in our customer's homes to repair and make good on warranty claims.
**The Role**:
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Attending to customer's homes to inspect & repair furniture
- High level of customer service required
- Upholstery of Furniture (Leather & Fabric)
- Reporting the outcomes of the service calls
Skills and attributes required:
- Excellent verbal and hand-written skills
- Self motivated
- Able to work autonomously
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- To be well presented
- Minimum 3 years experience similar role
