* Design infographics, diagrams and visual frameworks to support messaging and campaigns.
* Collaborate with communications, government relations and stakeholder teams to meet project goals.
* Support executives with branded templates, slide decks and professional visual aids.
* Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
* Liaise with printers, vendors and creative partners for high‑quality production.
* Produce digital design optimised for web, email and interactive media, ensuring accessibility compliance.
* Where possible, contribute to motion graphics and video support for campaigns.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related discipline.
* 3–5+ years' professional design experience — ideally within government, defence, or regulated sectors.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and strong skills in PowerPoint and Canva.
* Strong portfolio showcasing strategic design work, branding projects and professional outputs.
* Understanding of accessibility, digital design standards and print production.
* Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong project/time management skills.
What's on Offer
* A dynamic design role where creativity directly supports strategic goals.
* Exposure to high‑profile projects, communications and stakeholder campaigns.
* Collaborative workplace culture with opportunities to contribute ideas.
