The opportunity
As our new Senior Delivery Manager – Water Solutions, you'll be based in our North Sydney office and report to the Group General Manager – Supply Chain & Innovation. You will take ownership of delivery across our Water Solutions portfolio, including Caroma Smart Command and adjacent innovation platforms. Your responsibilities will span governance, commercial discipline, delivery robustness, and multidisciplinary collaboration, ensuring that innovation progresses effectively from proof of concept through pilots and market trials to scalable, margin-positive products.
Forming part of our Senior Leadership Team, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. In the early phase, success will be defined by establishing fit‐for‐purpose delivery frameworks, robust governance structures, and strong commercial and contractual foundations for innovation initiatives. Over the longer term, you will play a pivotal role in building a mature, repeatable enterprise delivery capability for installed, digital, and connected water solutions that supports sustainable growth.
What you will be responsible for
* Owning end‐to‐end delivery across the GWA Water Solutions and Smart Command portfolio, from concept through to commercial scale
* Establishing strong programme governance, financial control, risk management and executive‐level reporting
* Translating innovation into scalable, standardised and margin‐positive products and services
* Leading platform optimisation to improve performance, scalability and long‐term supportability
* Embedding disciplined, stage‐gate governance across POCs, pilots and market trials
* Balancing speed‐to‐market with commercial rigour, regulatory compliance and brand risk
* Designing and implementing fit‐for‐purpose enterprise delivery frameworks, tools and commercial models
* Building delivery capability and embedding accountability, transparency and margin discipline
* Acting as a senior escalation point and trusted partner to executive, customers and key stakeholders
About you
You are a senior delivery leader who thrives in complex, evolving environments. You bring structure where there is ambiguity, commercial discipline where there is innovation, and credibility at executive level.
You will bring:
* Extensive experience leading enterprise‐scale programmes or transformation initiatives
* A proven track record of commercialising innovation and scaling immature delivery environments
* Strong financial acumen, governance capability and margin accountability
* Experience with digital, SaaS, IoT or connected technology platforms
* Confidence operating in regulated or compliance‐driven environments
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
Formal qualifications in a technical discipline and recognised project or programme management certifications are highly regarded.
