Job Description
* Lead end-to-end delivery of OT and SCADA projects, ensuring outcomes meet scope, time, cost, and quality objectives.
* Manage upgrades, integrations, and deployments of OT Infrastructure (SCADA, PLC, RTU etc.).
* Coordinate with operations, engineering, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution with minimal operational disruption.
* Oversee vendors and system integrators, ensuring delivery meets technical and contractual requirements.
* Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and OT cybersecurity standards.
* Drive stakeholder engagement, governance reporting, and executive communication.
* Embed cybersecurity and resilience considerations into all OT/SCADA initiatives.
* Lead change, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure successful operational adoption.
A Successful Senior OT Project Manager Should Have
* 10+ years of project management experience, with significant exposure to OT environments and managing projects in the energy and natural resources industry.
* A solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Proven delivery of SCADA/ICS projects in water utilities, energy, mining, or heavy industry.
Strong Understanding Of
* Industrial control systems (PLC, RTU, SCADA architectures)
* OT/IT convergence
* Industrial communication protocols
* Experience managing complex, high-risk infrastructure projects.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
