About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to support our client's Warehouse Manager in a small, fast-paced warehouse located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. You’ll take charge of day-to-day operations, lead the team, check order picks, finalise shipments, delegate tasks, and manage communication with couriers.

* Lead and motivate a small warehouse team, lead by example
* Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations
* Organise and check order picks, finalise shipments
* Manage stock accuracy, safety, and quality standards
* Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
1. 5+ years of experience leading a warehouse team
2. Full Australian working rights
3. Hands-on, organised, and detail-oriented
4. Strong communication and team leadership skills
5. Quick learner with excellent time management
6. Valid LF licence and confidence operating both
