**How will I Help?**
You play a key role in ensuring daily operational risk and compliance tasks are followed, as your role can impact Westpac's credit and legal position.
You will work collaboratively with a range of Westpac teams, primarily with Equipment Finance Bankers and external brokers, to support the Deal Build Function through high quality service delivery in a fast paced, SLA driven environment.
As your skills develop, your strong problem-solving skills around analysing both processes and technical system issues will support our business to deliver upon our continuous improvement program.
**Main accountabilities include, but not limited to**:
- Validating customer information and performing business searches.
- Accurately entering customer information into lending systems.
- Responding to escalations and prioritised requests.
This role services all Westpac Group brands across multiple teams including Originations, Settlements, Servicing and Reconciliation.
