Overview
JLL is a global leader in real estate, and we are looking for a General Manager to lead the Property Management team at 307 Queen Street in Brisbane’s Golden Triangle. The role is full‑time onsite in Brisbane, QLD.
Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and mentor a team of property professionals, maximizing effectiveness and efficiency.
* Deliver exceptional quality service to the client, as assessed and measured by client feedback.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of analysis and information for asset plans, monthly reports, owner’s annual reports, and corporate accounts.
* Mitigate risks associated with public liability, fire and life safety, essential services, non‑essential services, staff, office, and contractors.
* Develop effective and accurate asset plans, budgets and financial reports.
* Make appropriate recommendations in relation to asset, capital works, leasing deals, etc.
* Represent property management in the Project Control Group for tenant fit‑outs.
Qualifications
* Previous 5+ years of property management experience with thorough knowledge of all property related functions and the Retail Act.
* Real Estate & Business Sales Representative Registration (including Property Managers).
* Self‑motivated, confident leader with proven management proficiency, able to handle stressful situations, adapt to rapidly changing environments, and work collaboratively as a team player.
