Westhaven is establishing deep roots in Tamworth. With new clients arriving and local services expanding, we need a permanent, full‐time Team Leader to lead our growing workforce.

* Pay: SCHADS Level 4 ($44.58 – $47.97/hr) + loadings + 12% Super.

The Role
* Mentor: Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of Support Workers.
* Quality: Manage service delivery, reporting, and safety for clients in the community.
* Establish: Help build Westhaven's reputation for excellence in the Tamworth region.
What You Need
* Experience: Leadership background in disability, mental health, or complex needs.
* Skills: High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and a person‐centred approach.
* Flexibility: Available for shifts between 6am–10pm (min. 3 days/week).
* Compliance: NSW Driver's Licence, WWCC, NDISWC, First Aid & CPR.
