Your role will be vital in connecting the Operations workforce, the leadership team, and our Head Office in Brisbane, emphasising effective communication and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive plant process checks and maintenance inspections. Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage process consumables and develop strategies to enhance plant operations and optimisation. Provide specialised technical support focusing on improvement, maintenance, and modification. Conduct design checks, address process issues, perform calculations, and improve plant performance. Maintain and validate the data integrity of the metallurgical data management system. Undertake process modelling and manage or commission small projects as required. Compile accurate reports and update As-Built drawings and site procedures. Who are you? Outgoing relationship builder, essential in linking operations with the broader team. Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Metallurgy, or Minerals Processing Engineering. Proven engineering experience with expertise in production reporting and data management systems.
