About the Role
This is a hands‐on role supporting the delivery of Vili's events, sponsorship activations and community engagements.
Working closely with our Sponsorships & Events Manager, you'll help bring events to life by coordinating logistics, supporting on‐ground delivery and ensuring every activation runs smoothly and reflects the Vili's brand.

What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate event logistics, timelines and run sheets
* Liaise with venues, suppliers and event organisers
* Manage equipment, stock and transport (including pie carts and promotional materials)
* Support and coordinate bump‐in, event delivery and pack‐down
* Assist with staffing and on‐site coordination
* Working closely with sales to ensure leads are captured, handed over and tracked accurately
* Contribute to post‐event reporting and improvements
Our Ideal Candidate Has...
* Experience in events, hospitality or a similar operational role
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in fast‐paced, hands‐on environments
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
* Strong communication, customer service and teamwork skills
What You Need to Know
* Full‐time, ongoing role
* Flexibility is required including early mornings, evenings and weekends
* This is a hands‐on role with set‐up, pack‐down and some manual handling
* Mix of indoor and outdoor work
