Key Responsibilities
* Implement and contribute to play-based educational programs aligned with the EYLF
* Observe, document, and support children’s learning and development
* Foster secure, respectful relationships with children and families
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and support trainees and assistant educators
* Ensure compliance with service policies, procedures, and National Quality Standards
Essential Criteria
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Current Working With Children Check
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
* Sound understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child protection responsibilities
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for early childhood education and providing quality care
