We’re supporting a major enterprise transformation and are looking for an Oracle ERP Technical Lead to join a critical program of work. This is a hands-on opportunity within a fast-paced enterprise environment where your expertise will directly support technical delivery, integrations, system enhancements and Oracle ERP capability across the organisation. The Role Lead technical delivery across the Oracle ERP environment Support integrations, technical design and system enhancements Work closely with functional and business teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions Provide technical leadership across upgrades, optimisation and transformation initiatives Support system performance, reliability and technical issue resolution Drive technical alignment across project and operational teams Assist with technical planning, solution development and implementation activities Act as an escalation point for more complex Oracle technical issues Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes Help ensure the Oracle platform is scalable, stable and aligned to business needs About You Strong experience as an Oracle ERP Technical Lead, Senior Technical Consultant or Technical Solution Lead Deep Oracle ERP technical experience is essential Proven background working across enterprise transformation environments Strong experience with integrations, system enhancements and technical delivery Confident working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability Able to lead technical discussions and provide guidance across delivery Comfortable operating in fast-moving, project-driven environments Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams Australian Citizenship is essential Key Details Initial 6-month contract Fully remote Candidates must be based in Melbourne, Canberra or Adelaide Competitive day rate Strong Oracle experience is essential If you’re looking to step into a visible transformation program where your Oracle technical expertise will genuinely make an impact, this could be the opportunity for you.
