CURA In Home Care is a well‐established, community‐based aged care provider delivering high‐quality, client‐centred in‐home support across the Perth metropolitan area. CURA exists to help older Australians live independently, safely and with dignity in their own homes, supported by compassionate, culturally responsive services and a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
With a long history in the sector and a trusted reputation, the organisation is now entering an important phase of strategic renewal, operating in the context of significant aged care reform, evolving funding models and heightened regulatory expectations.
The Opportunity
CURA is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation's overall operations, strategic direction and long‐term sustainability.
Reporting to the Management Committee, the CEO is accountable for translating strategy into action, ensuring strong governance and financial stewardship, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading the organisation through growth, transformation and sector change. The role requires a leader who is equally comfortable operating at board level and providing hands‐on operational leadership, and who can build trust with staff, stakeholders, regulators and the community.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a respected aged care organisation with a clear social purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across all services and business activities
Act as the primary conduit between the Management Committee and the organisation
Lead organisational strategy, business planning and performance delivery
Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act, quality standards, funding agreements and regulatory obligations
Oversee financial management, budgeting, reporting and risk management
Lead, mentor and develop the executive and management team, building leadership depth and succession
Drive a positive, client‐centred and values‐led organisational culture
Identify and lead strategic growth opportunities, including partnerships, service expansion and potential mergers or acquisitions
Represent the organisation with government bodies, regulators, sector stakeholders and community partners
Lead organisational change in response to aged care reform, funding changes and service delivery transformation
