Our goal is to expand our services in the Philippine market by hiring a fluent Tagalog language speaker who can assist clients in finding the best institution and course according to their budget and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet all visitors and clients in a welcoming manner.
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
* Assist with enrolment to institutions and communications related to enrolments.
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase student recruitment.
* Counsel and assist clients in selecting the best institution and course based on their requirements.
Requirements:
* Fluent Tagalog language skills for both writing and speaking.
* In-depth knowledge of Philippine culture.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to deal tactfully with confidential matters and work with people from diverse backgrounds.
* A valid visa to work in Australia.
* Demonstrated understanding of and experience in the Australian education market and international student recruitment industry.
