Your new role: As the primary point of contact on the ward, you will play an important role in supporting patient care by delivering high-quality reception and administrative services. Working closely with nursing, medical and administrative teams, you will ensure information is accurate, communication is timely and patients and visitors feel supported throughout their hospital journey. Key responsibilities include: * Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to general ward enquiries * Welcoming, assisting and directing patients and visitors at the front counter * Conducting patient interviews to verify personal and financial information * Completing admissions documentation and the Patient Election Form (PEF) About you: You are a reliable and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You communicate clearly, stay organised under pressure and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work while treating everyone with respect and empathy.
