We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility to extend or go permanent. During this 12 month FTC you will be working directly with - and reporting to - one of our biggest automotive clients. The client embraces hybrid working, however the role will require some attendance at their West Melbourne HQ.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in the integrated digital and social marketing strategy, helping to improve customer experience and deliver revenue-generating marketing programs to the business.
Critical to the role will be development, implementation and management of multi-touch and multi-channel customer programs to drive online customer awareness, engagement, and conversion.
**Role**
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, you will:
- assist with the development, implementation and management of integrated digital/ social marketing activities;
- collaborate with the relevant Dealership Network to identify opportunities to develop digital marketing programs to support dealer customer acquisition and retention;
- assist with the development of digital sales and marketing materials and training resources for internal teams and the dealer network; and
- provide digital marketing insights to the business by staying up to date with thelatest industry trends, developments and best practices.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- completed tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field;
- at least 2 years' experience supporting integrated digital/social marketing activities;
- experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite would be an advantage (additional platform training available);
- a strong customer experience mindset;
- experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing systems;
- good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to multi-task;
- experience in digital marketing ROI, data analysis, and insight reporting;
- an excellent command of written English; and
- be highly organised and able to work autonomously.
