As we continue to scale our innovative solutions, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to spearhead our Sales, Marketing and Product functions. Role Overview: As a member of the Executive team, the Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for driving the overall growth strategy across our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. You will lead efforts to expand our market presence, optimize our go-to-market strategies, and develop scalable business models. Additionally, you will establish and grow our Partnerships function and lead the creation of a new Innovation function to drive future product and business development. This is a key leadership role that will work directly with the CEO and executive team to ensure alignment across all growth functions while driving results that significantly impact the company’s trajectory. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Oversee and optimize sales operations, including demand generation, pipeline management, and sales enablement. Marketing Strategy: Drive integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market share. Product Growth: Collaborate with the product team to create market-leading solutions that meet customer needs and maximize growth potential. Partnerships: Build, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive business expansion and open new market opportunities. Innovation Leadership: Establish and lead a new Innovation function, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry trends and continues to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Strategy Execution: Work closely with the executive team to define and execute growth plans, balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategic goals. Team Development: Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Innovation to foster a culture of growth and innovation. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience scaling a technology, Software as a Service (SaaS), or Data as a Service (DaaS) business. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams in high-growth environments. Ability to drive business transformation, innovation, and revenue growth in a fast-paced, competitive landscape. Experience in strategic partnership development and management. Familiarity with building and nurturing product innovation strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop data-driven strategies. A degree in a relevant field or MBA is preferred.
