Are you a "true end-to-end" Project Manager who likes owning the whole thing... not just the build?
You'll work in a small, agile team where Project Managers own the full lifecycle. This is a hands‐on role that gives you real autonomy and the chance to run projects your way.

You'll be the one‐stop shop and decision‐maker, trusted to set the workflow, priorities and pace!
What Makes This Role Worth Considering
Full ownership (rare in the market)! You won't inherit projects halfway through. You'll own it from business case to handover.
* Real autonomy: You will manage your portfolio of programs, set the pace and schedule.
* Meaningful variety: At any time you'll typically be managing up to 6 projects (combination of small, medium and large) – AUD50K up to AUD5M.
* Regional impact (without living on site): Work is delivered regionally, managed from Bentley with travel as needed.
* Shared knowledge: We may be a small team of 2-3 Project Managers, but there's a wealth of experience and project management capability to support you.
Your impact in the role, if you choose to join us
You'll lead a portfolio of construction projects across regional sites, from concept through to operational handover.
* Scope work, engage consultants, shape estimates and build the business case that secures funding.
* Run procurement and tender processes. Manage contracts to keep delivery safe, compliant and on track.
* Coordinate contractors and stakeholders, keep momentum through planning, scheduling and execution.
* Manage reporting, budgets, risks and decisions.
* Deliver clean operational readiness and handover so assets land well with the business.
* Navigate a regulated / government trading enterprise environment with a solutions mindset.
What You'll Need To Bring
This role would be perfect if you're in the first 5 years of a career in project management / delivery.
If you enjoy being hands on and owning the full process, this is a genuinely unique and interesting role. You get to influence the business case, tendering, procurement and delivery outcomes from day one!
* A few years' experience in project management and/or project coordination with genuine end‐to‐end exposure.
* Tertiary qualifications in Building / Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
* Willingness to manage your own administration, documentation, reporting, quoting etc.
* Working knowledge of buildings construction projects with commercial acumen to interpret plans/specs and administer contracts.
* Professional and pleasant demeanour to manage stakeholders, contractors and consultants.
* Unrestricted WA Drivers Licence.
