Marketing Assistant – Homebush West
GP Advertising is one of Australia's largest in-house retail ad agencies. We are seeking a passionate TV & Radio Marketing Assistant to join the team full time. Located in Homebush West, we're a short walk from Flemington train station, with parking available onsite.
About the role
As a TV & Radio Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for allocating resources and coordinating all components of video and audio advertising.
* Coordinate production of audio & video advertising material.
* Manage weekly TV campaigns as required.
* Send material instructions to TV stations on a weekly basis.
* Organise and assist with promotional activity.
* Communicate with multiple stakeholders from clients to media publishers.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital design.
* Assist with media plans, campaign evaluation and review of proposals.
* Manage invoicing, billing, and account queries where necessary.
About You
We are looking for someone that has a passion for all things advertising. You thrive in a team environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn and support your colleagues as needed. You excel in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
* High attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
* Understanding of digital media platforms, e.g., YouTube.
