Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow to lead the 'MyMedicare for older adults living in residential aged care homes: mixed-methods evaluation' project. This role will involve managing the project operations team, supervising research officers, and liaising with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of research experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. They will be responsible for carrying out independent or team research within their field of expertise and contributing to the development of their research skills.

* A PhD in a related discipline or relevant work experience
* Proven commitment to keeping up to date with discipline knowledge and developments
* Demonstrated track record in research with outcomes of high quality and impact
* High level communication skills and ability to network effectively
* Evidence of highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills
