A leading wholesale fruit and vegetable supplier in East Melbourne is looking for a motivated Picker/Packer & Delivery Driver to join our growing team.
With decades of combined family experience and strong relationships across the hospitality industry, we’ve built a reputation as one of Victoria’s top produce suppliers.
We operate six days a week with our own refrigerated fleet. Our drivers handle the full process — picking and packing their orders, loading their truck, and delivering directly to customers. This ensures complete quality control and customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Work hours: Early morning starts, finish before lunch.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and load customer orders into delivery trucks
Deliver produce along a set run
Support the team with stock management and general warehouse duties when required
What We’re Looking For:
Strong driving ability
Excellent customer service skills
Reliability, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg

Pay: $69,000.00 – $80,644.00 per year
