World Courier Inc. – Melbourne, Australia (Available in Sydney, Australia) – Salary: AUD 60,000 – 85,000 – Full time.
Summary: Under direction of the Inside Sales Team Leader, Australia & New Zealand, the inside sales associate is responsible for generating, growing and maximizing World Courier's business opportunities and sales to drive overall sales revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Develop new and sustainable business within designated portfolio areas to ensure achievement of key performance indicators and overall success of the organization.
* Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for partnership growth to increase profitability and return on investment in each relationship.
* Represent World Courier in a professional manner that builds upon the already robust reputation of the organization.
* Actively engage with new and existing business opportunities, delivering solutions.
Experience & Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience meeting key performance indicators.
* Strong experience in a sales role.
* Significant experience in the freight forwarding or science/laboratory industry.
* High level of computer literacy; sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
* Prior experience in a Sales role preferred.

* Ability to work autonomously and self‐direct work activities.
* Excellent relationship building skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Great phone manner and proactive attitude towards role.
* Sound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.
