THE ROLE:
We are looking for a truly outstanding Night Auditor to join our collaborative team at Crystalbrook Bailey. Your auditing skills and attention to detail are essential, as is your passion for people and creating extraordinary guest experiences. You will work effectively in a small team and thrive in a varied role while being self-accountable.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Night Manager in handling emergency situations and incidents at night
Auditing the current day's trading transactions and ensuring they are properly balanced and posted
Exceeding guest needs as they occur during the night shift
Identifying discrepancies between revenue and payments
Performing security walks throughout the night
Performing system backups and maintenance procedures
Delivering our Service Excellence guiding principles
Providing support in Front Office and other outlets across the hotel as needed
ABOUT YOU:
Your talents will include:
A love of crunching numbers
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Understanding of PMS (Opera preferred)
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Previous night shift experience
Experience in a hotel environment
Common sense approach
A calm demeanor in challenging situations
Availability for at least 3 shifts per week (11pm-7am, including weekends)
