You will work effectively in a small team and thrive in a varied role while being self-accountable.Responsibilities will include:Assisting the Night Manager in handling emergency situations and incidents at nightAuditing the current day's trading transactions and ensuring they are properly balanced and postedExceeding guest needs as they occur during the night shiftIdentifying discrepancies between revenue and paymentsPerforming security walks throughout the nightPerforming system backups and maintenance proceduresDelivering our Service Excellence guiding principlesProviding support in Front Office and other outlets across the hotel as neededABOUT YOU:Your talents will include:A love of crunching numbersBasic knowledge of accounting principlesUnderstanding of PMS (Opera preferred)Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and ExcelPrevious night shift experienceExperience in a hotel environmentCommon sense approachA calm demeanor in challenging situationsAvailability for at least 3 shifts per week (11pm-7am, including weekends)THE BENEFITS:You will work with exceptional people in a supportive, diverse, and passionate environment.
