We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager - Commercial to join our team, reporting directly to the Group CFO.
This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making across our commercial business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
Prepare management accounts, divisional reports, and financial analysis
Oversee budgets, forecasts, WIP reporting, and cost tracking
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Mentor and manage the finance team, including AP/AR oversight
Support treasury, tax, audit and compliance requirements
About you
CA/CPA qualified with 4+ years' experience (construction industry experience desirable)
Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting skills
Skilled in Excel and financial systems (Business Central experience a plus)
Proven leadership and team management ability
Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident communicator with senior stakeholders
