The team The Change and Business Readiness team is responsible for supporting the delivery of organisational change management and business readiness across projects and other change initiatives in accordance with the ASIC Project Management and Change Management methodologies. There is an increasing focus on data sharing and analytics which will make ASIC a 'best in class' digital regulator supporting the Australian financial markets.
The role As Change Manager you will be required to:
Take a leadership and hands-on role in delivering organisational change management initiatives across multiple IT and business projects. Partner with internal stakeholders to support them with overall program and/or project level business change activities. Assist the project teams with delivering clear and identifiable results that assist project and the business in embedding the change. Monitor the change's progress and ensure all project governance requirements are met including planning, risk identification and management, reporting and project management. Support the design, development, and delivery of project communications, ensuring that adequate communication has been provided throughout the lifecycle of the project including transition to BAU and post Go Live. Work with project managers to conduct impact analysis, stakeholder analysis and other key change deliverables. Contribute to the refinement of the change management framework – assisting in the adoption and delivery as required. Contribute to the design of a roadmap for embedding and maturing change management across ASIC. About you Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology/Business Management/Communications and demonstrated end-to-end change management experience working on complex/large projects using a structured approach. Prosci certification & demonstrated use of the ADKAR model. Digital, data & technology program and/or project experience preferred. Detail-oriented and proven ability to plan and manage the people, process, and behaviour change implementation activities. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a strong collaborative style. Strong facilitation and communication skills – ability to deliver effective sessions (e.g., training) both face to face and online. Can work independently as well as take direction and be a strong team player. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to work to meet deadlines while managing several competing priorities. Able to commit to our Hybrid Policy of working in the office 50% across a fortnight. Baseline Security Clearance and federal government experience preferred.
