You will partner with restaurant leadership to consult and engage on performance management and the talent lifecycle from talent selection to performance management to drive results and enable the culture needed to achieve our business goals.
We are looking for someone who has 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources with 5+ years Human Resources Business Partner or progressive experience as a Human Resource Manager. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is a plus.
This role requires strong communication, listening and influencing skills, proven ability to take action and problem solve in ambiguous situations, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
