Job Description:
In-Home Aged Care Support Worker
We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Aged Care Support Workers to provide in-home assistance to elderly clients living independently int he community.
Duties include:
* Personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
* Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
* companionship and emotional support
* Assistance with shopping, appointments, and outings
* Following care plans and maintaining client dignity.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Home & community) or equivalent
* Current police check
* Police check must be completed within the last 2 years
* First Aid and CPR
* Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
* Ability to work independently and professionally in client's home.
* Australian work rights are required
Desirable:
* Previous in-home or community aged care experience
