Job Description
* Own and deliver the full product roadmap, including pricing, product lifecycle management, and category growth initiatives.
* Apply strong capability across the 5P's of product marketing to drive competitive and commercial outcomes.
* Lead product development and innovation tailored to distributor channels and industrial end users.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide pricing, innovation priorities, and category strategy.
* Manage cross‐functional stakeholders across sales, finance, operations, technical, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution.
* Oversee product quality, compliance, documentation, and investigations to ensure strong customer outcomes and brand standards.
The Successful Applicant
To excel in this role, candidates must bring the following non‐negotiable capabilities:
Essential Criteria
* Proven product management or product ownership experience in heavy industry, industrial markets, or B2B distributor environments, with demonstrated ability to influence specifiers, technical users, and internal stakeholders.
* Strong practical capability in the 5P's of product marketing with experience managing, technical manufactured products.
* Exceptional stakeholder management, working cross‐functionally with sales, finance, technical, and operations teams.
* Location: Melbourne or Sydney preferred, though WA or QLD will be considered for the right candidate.
