What's the role?
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong change and implementation mindset to support the delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across Customer Solutions.
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, this role plays a key part in taking initiatives from concept through to implementation, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.
What do I need?
* Proven experience in business analysis, change management, process improvement or an implementation lead role
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology teams
* Experience working in structured delivery frameworks (Agile and/or hybrid)
* Knowledge of mainframe/host based applications and integrated decisioning platforms (eg. Power curve)
* Experience with Jira and Confluence is highly regarded
