Trinity Petroleum Services Pty Ltd is a proudly locally operated business with 16 Fuel & Convenience retail outlets across Northern Queensland. We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Retail Assistant Manager to join our busy Mareeba team.

About the Role
As the Retail Assistant Manager, you will support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site while ensuring high standards of safety, service and presentation are consistently maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with daily site operations and maintaining store presentation standards
* Meeting assigned budgets and KPIs
* Staff rostering, mentoring, coaching and training
* Food preparation, safe handling and compliance with food safety standards
* High volume cash handling and daily reconciliations
* Delivering exceptional customer service and operating the console
* Merchandising, stock rotation, receipting goods, restocking and layout changes
* Availability to work across trading hours, including weekends.
This role is physically active and requires the ability to lift up to 20kgs and work on your feet for extended periods.
