We're seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant digital team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving growth through the development and management of social advertising campaigns across Meta.
As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and leverage your expertise in Meta Ads to create campaigns that deliver results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing Meta paid media advertising strategies that focus on revenue growth and profitability
* Ongoing campaign management, including optimization of bidding strategies, audience targeting, landing page optimization, and creative asset development
* An opportunity to develop skills in Google Search and Google Shopping campaigns, as well as overall eCommerce growth strategies
* Leading analytics efforts, including setup and implementation of Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards
* Managing occasional TikTok and Pinterest advertising campaigns
* Executing LinkedIn campaigns for B2B clients
* Staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and performance metrics
* Providing regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance
* Conducting research and providing creative recommendations to clients
* Crafting compelling ad copy and developing marketing materials
Successful candidates will have experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for eCommerce industries, as well as knowledge and experience in other platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
